Etiquette & Policies
Arrivals are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10minutes prior to your appointment.
Cancellations please allow at least 24hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid any fees.
Children for a more relaxing experience for you and other clients, we kindly advice you not to bring any children under the age of 10.
Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of the spa guests, cell phones must be on silent mode or turned off. The Spa is a non-smoking zone, and we ask that voices are kept subdued.
Health Please assist us by informing us of any health issues, allergies that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable. We will be happy to advise safe alternatives.
Jewelry we recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuable brought onto the spa premises.
Pregnancy we have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time.
